Project Description: Two units development, double storey.
Type: Stump footings, ground floor brick veneer, first floor polystyrene render finish, concrete roof tile.
Internal finish: Tasmanian Oak timber floor, porcelain tile, 2 pac kitchen with Caesar Stone bench top, European Kitchen appliances, central ducted heating with a refrigerated cooling unit.
Site information: Sloping site, bore piers, retaining walls, 4 internal split floor level, extremely difficult to construct.
