Project Description: Eight Units Terrance, triple storey.
Type: Concrete slabs, ground floor brick veneer, first floor and second floor finished in a mix of polystyrene render finish, vinyl cladding, composite timer cladding and feature tiles, colorbond roofing.
Internal finish: Hardwood timber floor, porcelain tiles, custom made two pac kitchen cabinets with Caesarstone bench top, wall mounted reverse cycle heating and cooling system.
Site information: Sloping site, retaining walls, bored piers.
